1- Are you a professional photographer? I am an amateur photographer.
2- Why street photography? I love being on the streets and in life, documenting those ordinary moments.
3- How would you describe your photography style? It depends on my mood, sometimes casual, sometimes funny, usually plain.
4- What makes a good picture from your point of view? What do you look for in an image? A good image should convey its feeling to me.
5- How do you educate yourself to take better photos? 6- Where in the world would you most like to photograph? I do more parties, I watch more photos and I read articles and interviews about photography.
6- Where in the world would you most like to photograph? Paris
7- Who would you most like to photograph and what kind of pictures do you avoid to shoot? I would like to take pictures of kings and queens who lived in the old centuries but I don't like to take photos that will create emotional exploitation.
8- Have you been confronted by someone whose photo you took on the street? What would be your advices how to avoid confrontation when doing Street Photography? When taking photos on the street, I take care not to disturb people and not to enter security areas.
9- Your favourite street image of your own to date and why? When I first started taking pictures, it's a photo of a woman going to work in the morning on a foggy day. Because I always find fog photos mysterious.
10- Your favourite piece of equipment? mirrorless cameras.
11- What are your favorite settings (Aperture. Shutter Speed, ISO, White Balance, Focus, Manual/Auto, Image Format – RAW/JPEG) for Street Photography and why? Aperture priority mode is a good choice for street photography and a good choice overall. Of course, it may be necessary to use the shutter-priority mode for exposures that need to keep speed in the foreground. This depends on the conditions we are in.
12- Is photography art? I don't think we can really call photography art, but it's definitely a talent.
13- Black And White or Colour? I used to prefer black and white, but now it's definitely colored.
14-What are your thoughts on editing? I think that minor interventions can be made, provided that the originality of the photograph is not disturbed.
15- Why do you share to Progressive Street and who would you like to see showcased from Progressive Street? It's a good feeling to be in a community, to be a part of an international group. I would like to see undiscovered talents.
